5 5x5 fabric pieces (charm squares)
2 buttons
2 5x5 piece of interfacing (stacy or any mid weight)
Take 4 of your 5 x5 sqaures and cut them into 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch squares
Sew one of each color 2 1/2 inch pieces together into a square
Apply interfacing onto the pieces square and the left over 5x5 piece.
Run both squares through your sizzix with the scallop die cut
Sew your two circles Wrong Side Together leaving a hole for and stuffing
Stuff/fill as desired
hand stitch hole closed
sew buttons onto center of top and bottom and pull tight (this will tuft it for you)

ReplyDeleteI LOVE this! Can I ask what you used as filling? Most every other tutorial I've seen just uses polyfil and it looks like you are using a grain of some sort?
