T-shirt
fabric scraps
scissors or die cut

Cut MANY of you desired shape out of scrap fabric. I used a sizzix diecut flower. I layered 4 flowers for each cluster. If you don't have a diecut machine, cut circles or flowers by hand.
Pin in desired design. I started at the neck and worked down. I changed my layout several time before I got it just right so this step saved me!!
sew each cluster into place with an X. Again I started at the neck and worked my way down.
Done! Wear and be Sassy!!
