Crazy for Pinwheels

Okay, I admit it, I have gone a little crazy with the bigshot machine. I can't stop searching the internet for places to buy new dies. I am pretty sure that the Stampin' Up people are tired of me asking if they have this or that die. I had to have this pinwheel die. I heart it!! We had late sew at the shop last night and of course I went a little overboard with the pinwheels. So, I thought I would show you some of them. This will be part of this weeks make and takes ladies, It was going to be last weeks project (but, my back decided it didn't want to.) Call the shop and reserve your spot as space is limited. This is my reason for lack of posting. I have been "Spring" cleaning. I decided since Shelby had moved her bedroom downstairs I would take her old bedroom and make it an office/sewing room. I have a sewing room downstairs but I never sew in it. Well, up and down a ladder and whatnot I hurt my back. Gosh! is this a sign of my getting old? Anywhoo, I went to the doctor and he gave me a shot, and put me on some other meds, and supposedly I am going to be as good as new. I am still a little stiff and can't bend but, I'll be back in the shop tomorrow! Here are a few pic's of the new room. I haven't moved anything in yet, but plan on hitting Ikea tonight for my desk. I'll post pictures as soon as its all decorated and still clean!

Spring Wreath

Okay, its week 2 of National Craft Week! Here is this weeks project. A fun,cute & easy wreath made with Eden charm squares. The class is tomorrow (Wednesday) from 6-8 pm. Call the shop and reserve your spot as kits are limited. Of course, I made it using the Big Shot! I am totally addicted to this thing, Shelby and I have been cutting everything we can think of out of all the dies we bought. Too much Fun!!! I haven't forgotten about the tutorial from last week, I apologize, I took took pictures using my i-phone and my talented self thought I had loaded the pictures to my computer and erased them off of my phone, so they are lost in cyber~space!! So, you will have 2 tutorials to look at this week:) What can I cut next with that machine? Hmmm, I am off to try cutting out something new.......,

Wow, Riley Blake Fabrics has done it again, this line by My Minds Eye is fantastic "Andrea Victoria" With a rich colorway of Aquas, golds, and purples with grey and black accents. I love it!! It will be hard to choose which to start with. It says bags, skirts and oh so much more. I love it!! Lets see what you create!!

Our Wednesday night make and take this week will be done using my new favoritest cutter!! The Big Shot. I am so addicted to this. Stamping Up has the cutest dies, once you try it you are so going to want one!! We will be making the little green and white flower that you can use for a pin or a hairclip. However you make one it will certainly ward off all those little pinchers you are bound to receive if you aren't wearing green!!
