Embroidery hoop banner

4 3 inch embroidery hoops

4 4 inch squares of background fabric

Fabric scraps for die cut

Sizzix alphabet dies

4 feet Ribbon or ric rac

Wonder under

Iron wonder under onto the letter fabric

Die cut desired word...make sure the right side of the fabric is down so the letters are correct.

Iron onto the center of the background fabric
Glue the ribbon onto the outside edge of the embroidery hoop
Center the letter in one hoop and tighten.

Trim excess fabric off of back

Embellish letters as desired.

This is for 4 letter words. You can make longer or shorter words with the same idea

Here are some 4 letter words for inspiration

Reuseable hanger

5 inch strip of fabric (WOF)

1 d ring

Fold the 5 inch strip in half length wise and sew one short end and the long edge

Turn inside out and press

From the finished short edge measure 5 inches and mark for each letter.

From the top letter measure 2 inches.

Slide you d ring on and fold 1 over, cut off any excess fabric.

Sew to hold ring in place.

Cut your ribbon into 2 inch pieces.

Fold in half and sew onto the fabric strip at each 5 inch mark.

To hang hoops

Slide ribbon loop over the screw

If you prefer a horizontal orientation.

Follow the same steps but add 2 inches to each end of word and attach a d ring at each end.

You may want to decrease the distance to 4 inches if you want the hoops to hang closer.

Way too go Nadine, if they can't leave a name then don't leave a comment. I think your store and ideas are fresh and original. Keep up the good work.
